Armònia-backed Atta Group acquires four precision toolmakers (Tunit, Affilomeccanica, Utensiltecnica, Cruing Italy); CRCCD, Chiomenti and Pirola Pennuto Zei advise
"Atta Group, backed by Armònia SGR for the Armònia Italy Fund II, has acquired four precision‑tool companies—Tunit, Affilomeccanica, Utensiltecnica and Cruing Italy—specializing in polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and hard‑metal (HM) tools. The deal expands Atta to six companies and is part of a 2025 industrial consolidation to build a specialized high‑precision tools platform (rooted in Ceresoli Utensili, Lamev and Dorigo Utensili). The transaction was financed by Muzinich and included reinvestment by some sellers. Legal advisor Crccd handled the M&A work for Armònia SGR; Chiomenti advised on financing and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati on tax and tax due diligence."
