Argus Partners advised Moving Tech Innovations Private Limited in its acquisition of Automicle Holding BV. Moving Tech Innovations, a Bengaluru-based mobility technology company behind platforms such as Namma Yatri, Yatri Sathi, Odisha Yatri, Chennai One and Bharat Taxi, has acquired Automicle Holding BV, a company incorporated and headquartered in the Netherlands. The transaction marks Moving Tech's first international acquisition and represents its strategic entry into the European urban mobility landscape. Through this acquisition, Moving Tech intends to extend its distinctive zero-commission, community-led mobility model to European markets. Argus Partners had recently advised Moving Tech on a prior fundraise and again acted for the company in this cross-border acquisition.
