"Chammas & Marcheteau advised the Flex Partenaire Managers I fund managed by InnovaFonds on its minority investment in SDAG Adhésifs, alongside Bpifrance and SDAG’s management. Founded in 1985, SDAG is the French leader in distribution of consumables for visual communication and signage, with nearly €50M in revenue. The investment will support SDAG’s international expansion, product offering growth and potential external growth (M&A). The Chammas & Marcheteau team included Pierre‑Louis Sévegrand and Sandie Dion (transactional/legal audit), Christophe Moreau and Franck Hallel (tax), and Coline Bied‑Charreton, Caroline Canavese and Floriane Maginot (employment law)."
