"Racine advised Foncière Renaissance and MIMCO on the €320 million acquisition of an approximately 4,200 m² building at 91 Avenue des Champs‑Élysées (8th arrondissement), Paris. This is the partners’ second joint purchase in the Paris Central Business District, part of a strategy to build an “ultra‑prime” portfolio in the city center. The prestigious, partially vacant asset—located among luxury houses and international retailers—offers significant repositioning potential. Racine’s tax team on the deal comprised Fabrice Rymarz (partner) and Charles‑Xavier Vincenti (counsel)."
