Squair advises on sale of Vérifimmo to BSK Holding (IBN Group)

"Vérifimmo, a 30+-year specialist in securing construction and renovation projects for banks and borrowers (technical, legal and insurance risk analysis), has been sold to the IBN group led by Benjamin Nicaise, alongside Salwa Nadir and Karl Zicry. The deal marks the exit of Aurélie Michalet (president and shareholder), investor Sodero Gestion (via the Transmettre & Pérenniser fund) and Turenne Capital Partenaires (via PME Ouest Croissance 2016), who had supported management’s development of Vérifimmo. Legal advisers were Squair (sellers: Jennifer Nicolaï, Renan Lombard-Platet) and Parthema (buyer: Rodolphe Pesneau, Antoine Lassier)."
