White & Case advises Orange on proposed sale of Globecast to Verdoso

"White & Case advised Orange on an exclusivity agreement with investment fund Verdoso for the proposed sale of Globecast, Orange’s media-services subsidiary. The deal would give Globecast a strategic reference shareholder to support next‑generation offerings and strengthen its position in a structurally shifting market. Completion is subject to staff information/consultation procedures and is expected by the end of 2026.
