DER Touristik and Deutsche Seereederei Form DR Hospitality Joint Venture to Consolidate and Operate 16-Hotel Portfolio

"A legal team advised DER Touristik Group (REWE Group’s tourism division) on forming a joint venture with Deutsche Seereederei Group to take over the operation and marketing of 16 hotels and resorts across the A-ROSA, aja, Henri Hotels, Hotel Neptun and Hotel Louis C. Jacob brands. Services included cross-border due diligence, setting up the joint venture company DR Hospitality GmbH & Co. KG, and negotiating the purchase agreement, shareholders’ agreement and governance arrangements through to closing.
