AG Advokat Advises ByggVesta on Sale of Campus Flemingsberg Phase Two to EQT for Construction of 388 Homes

"AG Advokat acted as legal advisor to ByggVesta in the sale of phase two of the Campus Flemingsberg development to EQT. EQT acquired the phase, which includes construction of 388 apartments; the parties will jointly deliver phase two and complete a total of just over 800 homes with a combined investment of SEK 1.6 billion. The project was enabled by ByggVesta’s earlier purchase of the Embryot 8 property from Stiftelsen Clara. AG Advokat’s deal team was led by partner Johan Gadd, with partner Anders Skägg (construction law), associates Elin Wallencrona and Alexander Göthlund Issjö, and counsel Johan Salin and Erika P. Björkdahl."

AG Advokat acted as legal adviser to ByggVesta in the transaction with purchaser EQT. EQT acquired stage two of a planned residential area at Campus Flemingsberg from ByggVesta; the second stage covers the construction of 388 apartments and, together with the parties’ continued cooperation on the project, will help complete a total of just over 800 new homes with a combined investment of SEK 1.6 billion. The development of the second stage was enabled by ByggVesta’s earlier acquisition of the property Embryot 8 from Stiftelsen Clara.
