Clifford Chance advises Airbus on acquisition of Ultra Cyber Ltd

Airbus has agreed to acquire Ultra Cyber Ltd from the Cobham Ultra Group. The transaction is positioned to reinforce Airbus’s role as a trusted sovereign partner for the United Kingdom and as a key supplier to its allies, while strengthening Airbus’s presence in the European cybersecurity landscape.
