"Khaitan & Co acted as transaction counsel to Balkrishna Industries Limited on the private placement, allotment and listing of up to 75,000 senior, unsecured, redeemable, non‑cumulative, non‑convertible debentures across three series, aggregating INR 750 crore. YES Bank and ICICI Bank were arrangers and subscribed to an anchor portion of up to 30% for each series.
