Ashurst Advises UK Government on Restart of Ensus Teesside Bioethanol Plant to Safeguard Critical CO2 Supplies
"Global law firm Ashurst is advising the UK Government on its support for restarting Ensus’ Teesside bioethanol plant to safeguard domestic supplies of CO2 used by critical sectors such as civil nuclear, food production and healthcare. The deal team is led by partners Richard Bulmore and Callum McPherson, with counsel James Riseam and associate Candice Chan, working closely with the Department for Business and Trade, HM Treasury and UK Government Investments."
