Ashurst Advises UK Government on Restart of Ensus Teesside Bioethanol Plant to Safeguard Critical CO2 Supplies

"Global law firm Ashurst is advising the UK Government on its support for restarting Ensus’ Teesside bioethanol plant to safeguard domestic supplies of CO2 used by critical sectors such as civil nuclear, food production and healthcare. Ashurst advised the UK Government in relation to its support for the restart and reopening of Ensus' Teesside bioethanol plant.
