Begur & Partners assisted SIDBI on its co-investment in Mystina AI Labs Private Limited, the company that operates the Babblebots.ai platform. The investment was effected by way of compulsorily convertible preference shares as part of SIDBI's co-investment in Mystina AI Labs. Mystina AI Labs develops software products and solutions specialising in machine learning, artificial intelligence and voice technology and operates the Babblebots.ai platform. Begur & Partners represented SIDBI with a team composed by: Rajesh Begur (team lead), Associates Tanushree Bose, Divya Bharti and Ashutosh Kumar.
