The transaction involved the acquisition of Quick Park Mysłowice in Mysłowice, Silesia, a modern retail park with 12,760 sqm of gross leasable area — the only large-scale scheme in the city — serving a catchment of around 430,000 residents within a 15-minute drive; the asset was acquired on behalf of the MEREP 3 fund.
