BRI Wealth Management Acquires West Midlands Wealth Management, Boosts Client Assets to £800m

"BRI Wealth Management has acquired West Midlands Wealth Management, boosting its managed client funds to a record £800 million and adding about £50 million in client assets across 80 households. West Midlands Wealth, founded in 2015 by Ian Gough and based in Meriden near Coventry, provides investment management, retirement planning and estate preservation. BRI’s chief executive Dan Boardman-Weston described the deal as a “milestone” that reflects a client-first growth strategy, and corporate advisers Dan Bisby and James Farrell acted for BRI on the transaction."

Schofield Sweeney advised BRI Wealth Management on its acquisition of West Midlands Wealth Management. The deal increased BRI’s managed client funds to a record £800 million and added about £50 million in client assets across 80 households. West Midlands Wealth Management, founded in 2015 by Ian Gough and based in Meriden, offers services including investment management, retirement planning and estate preservation.
