Gide Advises BNP Paribas Bank Polska on Refinancing of Nokia‑Dedicated R&D Data Center in Wrocław

"French firm Gide advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska on an investment facility to refinance a Nokia-dedicated R&D building in Wroclaw for borrower Citylink Wroclaw II (a CL Property subsidiary). The property totals over 13,300 sqm and is used exclusively by Nokia Solutions & Networks for labs, research, offices and technical facilities; DLPartners reportedly advised the borrower. Gide’s deal team included Partner Błażej Czwarnok, Senior Associate Paweł Wasiel, Associates Daria Dąbrowska and Michał Wiśniewski, and trainee advocate Mateusz Kieloch."

Gide and DLPartners took part in the transaction: Gide advised BNP Paribas Bank Polska, while DLPartners reportedly advised the borrower, Citylink Wroclaw II. The deal consisted of an investment facility granted to Citylink Wroclaw II to refinance a Nokia-dedicated R&D building in Wrocław. The property, a subsidiary asset of CL Property, comprises more than 13,300 square metres and is dedicated exclusively to Nokia Solutions & Networks, including laboratory and research space as well as office and technical facilities.
