Advestra Advises Galderma on €500M 2031 Bond Issuance

"Advestra advised Swiss dermatology specialist Galderma on a EUR 500 million bond issuance due 2031 with a 3.375% coupon. The bonds were issued by Galderma Finance Europe and guaranteed by Galderma Group; active bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Europe, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan and RBC Europe, with BNP Paribas, BofA Securities Europe, Crédit Agricole CIB and SMBC Bank EU as passive bookrunners. The Advestra team comprised Annette Weber, Jana Wildberger and Niklas Thoma (capital markets) and Céline Martin (tax)."
