"Baker McKenzie advised the joint global coordinators and bookrunners on Sunway Healthcare Holdings Berhad’s MYR 3.28 billion IPO (including overallotment) and listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia — Malaysia’s largest IPO in nearly a decade — with shares commencing trading today. Sunway Healthcare, a unit of Sunway Berhad, operates five hospitals and related healthcare businesses. Maybank Investment Bank and AmInvestment Bank acted as joint principal advisers, global coordinators and bookrunners, with UBS, HSBC and Jefferies among other international coordinators and underwriters; the offering included a Malaysia retail tranche and an international institutional placement under Regulation S.
