Andersen Iberia Integrates PRA in Portugal, Expands Team and Appoints Pedro Raposo as Vice Chairman

"Andersen Iberia has acquired Portuguese firm PRA – Raposo, Sá Miranda & Associados (founded 2001; ~160 professionals, 19 partners, >€15M revenue). After the integration Andersen Iberia will count 714 professionals (129 partners) and targets combined revenue of over €110M in 2026. In Portugal the combined firm will have €23M revenue, 223 professionals and 32 partners. PRA’s partners join Andersen’s partnership and PRA co‑founder Pedro Raposo and managing partner Miguel Miranda will join Andersen Iberia’s board (Raposo as vice‑chair). The move broadens Andersen’s sector capabilities (corporate, energy, infrastructure, real estate, financial services, technology and public‑sector advisory) and is presented as a strategic milestone for growth across the Iberian market."

Following the integration, Andersen Iberia’s combined footprint reaches 714 professionals (129 partners) with a projected combined revenue of more than €110 million in 2026; in Portugal alone the combined revenue is reported at €23 million with 223 professionals (32 partners). PRA will see its partners join Andersen’s partnership and its professionals integrated across Andersen’s business areas; PRA’s leadership — Pedro Raposo and Miguel Miranda — will join Andersen Iberia’s board (Raposo as vice chairman). PRA has offices across Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Leiria, Évora, Viseu, Ponta Delgada and Funchal) and is noted for sector-focused teams in corporate, energy, infrastructure, real estate, financial services, technology and public-authority advisory.
