Browne Jacobson advises Phenna Group on acquisition of Dublin-based ENX — seventh deal of 2026

"Browne Jacobson advised Phenna Group on its seventh acquisition of 2026, the purchase of Dublin-based ENX — a mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultancy founded in 2014. ENX will join Phenna’s Building Envelope Technologies (BET) division to boost residential design, sustainability, compliance and post-construction testing capabilities in Ireland. The deal was led by Browne Jacobson’s Gavin Bluett with UK and Ireland support from colleagues including Matt Bolton. Browne Jacobson has also recently advised Phenna on several other transactions, including Testall, Construction Testing Services and Statutory Inspections Limited."

Browne Jacobson advised Phenna Group on its acquisition of ENX, the Dublin-based mechanical, electrical and plumbing consultancy. The deal sees ENX (founded 2014) join Phenna’s built environment division as a bolt-on to subsidiary Building Envelope Technologies (BET), strengthening Phenna’s capabilities in residential design, sustainability, compliance and post-construction testing. It is Phenna Group’s seventh acquisition of 2026, following 25 M&A deals in 2025.
