ARQIS Advises CCE on Sale of 63 MW Döllnitz Battery Storage Project to Flower Infrastructure Technologies

"ARQIS advised Vienna-based renewable developer CCE on the sale of a 63 MW battery energy storage system (BESS) in Döllnitz, Saxony-Anhalt, to Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB. CCE will remain involved in development until construction, expected to begin in 2027, while Flower will act as EPC provider and long‑term operator. Lead ARQIS counsel was Dr. Mirjam Boche."

ARQIS (Düsseldorf) acted as legal advisor to CCE on the transaction; the press release lists no law firms advising the buyer, Flower Infrastructure Technologies AB. The transaction is the divestment by CCE of a 63 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Döllnitz, Saxony‑Anhalt, to Flower.
