Chiomenti advises Dacke Industri on acquisition of Rotork Instruments and Rotork Midland

"Dacke Industri has acquired Rotork Instruments (Bergamo) and UK-based Rotork Midland as part of Rotork’s divestment. Rotork Instruments will be renamed M&M Instruments and join Dacke’s Air Technology business in the air & mechatronics division. Italian firm Chiomenti advised Dacke on Italian law (team led by Arnaldo Cremona, covering corporate, labour and tax matters), while Marriott Harrison advised Dacke on English law. Rotork was represented by Osborne Clarke with a multi‑jurisdictional team (UK lead Louise Grzasko; Italian lead Filippo Palmieri) handling corporate, commercial, tax and employment issues and the carve-outs.
