A&O Shearman Advises Palisade Infrastructure on Strategic New York Battery Energy Storage Investment in MicroGrid Networks

"A&O Shearman advised infrastructure investor Palisade Infrastructure on its investment in MicroGrid Networks, a developer, builder and operator of battery energy storage systems in New York City. The deal includes Palisade’s acquisition of an equity stake and the formation of a joint venture to advance development-stage BESS projects, marking Palisade’s fifth U.S. investment.
