Jeantet Advises EURENCO on €300M Joint Venture with ZVS Holding to Build Modular Artillery Charge Systems Plant in Slovakia

"Jeantet advised EURENCO on the creation of a joint venture with ZVS Holding (a unit of Czech defence group CSG and the Slovak State) to build a explosives‑components factory in Slovakia for about €300 million.
