Jeantet Advises EURENCO on €300M Joint Venture with ZVS Holding to Build Modular Artillery Charge Systems Plant in Slovakia
"Jeantet advised EURENCO on the creation of a joint venture with ZVS Holding (a unit of Czech defence group CSG and the Slovak State) to build a explosives‑components factory in Slovakia for about €300 million. The plant will produce modular artillery charge systems (MACS), a key component for NATO artillery munitions, and the project supports strengthening European defence industrial capacity amid rising military spending. Jeantet’s team was led by Vincent Netter (with Gaspard Etienne Bats and Alice Sevestre on M&A and Renaud Christol on antitrust), and local Slovak counsel was Čechová & Partners (Lenka Subenikova, Miroslav Zatko, Marek Holka)."
