Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier Advises Banijay Group on Strategic Partnership with All3Media and RedBird IMI

"Banijay Group N.V. and RedBird IMI have agreed a strategic partnership to combine Banijay Entertainment with All3Media into a new jointly owned entity (50/50), with Banijay continuing to consolidate the new company’s results.
