Aalberts Completes Divestment of BROEN Valve Technologies to Vexve; Plesner Acts as Legal Advisor

"Aalberts has completed the divestment of BROEN Valve Technologies to Vexve. Dutch law firm Plesner acted as legal advisor to Aalberts on the transaction. BROEN, headquartered in Denmark, was sold as 100% of the shares; it generates roughly EUR 82 million in annual revenue and employs about 500 people. Aalberts is a mission-critical industrial technologies company operating across building, industry and semicon from 127 locations in more than 50 countries."

Plesner acted as legal adviser to Aalberts in connection with its divestment of BROEN Valve Technologies to Vexve. The transaction involved Aalberts, a Dutch mission‑critical industrial technologies company listed on Euronext Amsterdam that operates across the building, industry and semicon end markets from 127 locations in more than 50 countries, divesting 100% of the shares in Broen. Broen is a Denmark‑headquartered global market leader in energy‑efficient valve technologies, with annual revenue of approximately EUR 82 million and about 500 employees; as part of the deal Broen has joined Vexve. Plesner’s core M&A team on the transaction consisted of Thomas Holst Laursen, Frederik Jastrup Brodersen, Emma Louise Teisen and Kirstine Juel Månsson.
