Advestra Represents Galderma while Baker McKenzie Advises Banks on $1 Billion Multicurrency Revolving Credit Facility

"Galderma, the SIX‑listed pure‑play dermatology specialist, has signed a USD 1 billion multicurrency revolving credit facility. Citibank N.A. (London Branch) and UBS Switzerland acted as coordinators, bookrunners and mandated lead arrangers, with UBS also serving as facility agent; a syndicate of 12 international banks participated.
