Bevan Brittan appoints corporate partner Bharti Moore to strengthen healthcare practice

Bharti Moore has joined Bevan Brittan as a corporate partner. Bharti Moore was previously at RWK Goodman and brings a proven track record in corporate advisory and transactional support for clients ranging from start-ups to large multinationals. She specialises in M&A and strategic transactions, including advising on exits, scaling for founders, investor-backed growth and leadership transitions. Moore has led domestic and cross-border deals across acquisitions, disposals, investments and corporate restructurings. While her practice is sector agnostic, she has developed particular expertise in the healthcare sector and regularly advises social care and pharmacy clients on buying and selling businesses, reorganisation and restructuring and corporate governance. Based in London, she will work as part of Bevan Brittan’s Independent Health and Care team.
