Addleshaw Goddard Advises National Wealth Fund on $50m Investment in Oxa’s Autonomous Vehicle Business

"Addleshaw Goddard advised the National Wealth Fund on a $50m investment in Oxa, part of a $103m first close of the AV company’s Series D alongside NVIDIA’s NVentures and existing investors. The funding will accelerate commercialization of Oxa’s AI and robotics stack (Oxa Driver and Oxa Foundry) for Industrial Mobility Automation—towing and carrying goods in ports, airports and factories, and asset/perimeter monitoring. The firm said the deal supports the UK’s advanced manufacturing and automation ambitions."

Addleshaw Goddard advised the National Wealth Fund on the transaction. The National Wealth Fund committed $50 million to Oxa as part of the first close of Oxa’s Series D round (raising $103 million in total), alongside NVentures, IP Group, Hostplus and bp Ventures; the funding will support commercialisation of Oxa’s autonomous vehicle and industrial mobility automation technologies, including its Oxa Driver software and Oxa Foundry development toolchain, and development of physical AI and robotics for applications such as ports, airports, manufacturing facilities and asset/perimeter monitoring.
