Bracewell Represents Underwriters in DTE Electric’s $1.6 Billion Bond Offering

"Bracewell LLP (New York) represented the underwriters in DTE Electric Company’s $1.6 billion public bond offering—$800 million of 2026 Series A 4.850% mortgage bonds due 2036 and $800 million of 2026 Series B 5.550% mortgage bonds due 2056. Joint book-running managers were Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas Securities, Fifth Third Securities, MUFG Securities Americas, PNC Capital Markets and U.S. Bancorp Investments.
