Latham & Watkins Advises SPIE on Acquisition of ROFA Industrial Automation AG

"Latham & Watkins advised SPIE on its agreement to acquire ROFA Industrial Automation AG, a leading industrial services provider with more than 1,200 employees and approximate 2025 revenue of €430 million, a deal that will strengthen SPIE’s industrial automation, conveyor systems and intralogistics capabilities. Closing is expected in Q2 2026 and remains subject to antitrust approval. Latham & Watkins advised SPIE (the buyer) in the agreement to acquire ROFA Industrial Automation AG. The transaction concerns SPIE’s signing of an agreement to acquire ROFA, a leading industrial services provider with more than 1,200 employees and approximately €430 million in 2025 revenue.
