Yards advised NextStage AM on equity investment in Groupe Emargence

The law firm Yards advised NextStage AM in connection with NextStage AM's acquisition of an equity stake in Groupe Emargence. The transaction concerns an equity investment by NextStage AM, an independent Paris‑based asset manager authorised by the AMF and recognised as a pioneer in growth capital in France. NextStage AM invests in innovative and growing French and European SMEs and mid‑cap companies (ETIs), providing investor entrepreneurial expertise and operational support to drive their transformation. Groupe Emargence, established in 2011, has become a reference partner for company leaders ranging from very small businesses to established groups. The Group brings together more than 120 employees and supports approximately 2,400 active clients through an integrated offering covering accounting, payroll and HR, audit and advisory services, complemented by specialised services such as IT consulting, wealth strategy, brokerage and CSR. The firm also has recognised expertise in the Cultural and Creative Industries via the Com’Com brand and in insurance organisations (insurance companies, mutuals and provident institutions), which account for roughly 35% of the Group's revenue, with total turnover close to €20 million.
