Latham & Watkins Advises Book-Running Lead Managers on CleanMax's US$341 Million IPO on BSE and NSE

Latham & Watkins advised the book-running lead managers — Axis Capital Limited, J.P. Morgan India Private Limited, BNP Paribas, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets (India) Private Limited, IIFL Capital Services Limited, Nomura Financial Advisory and Securities (India) Private Limited, BOB Capital Markets Limited, and SBI Capital Markets Limited — on the initial public offering of CleanMax Enviro Energy Solutions Limited. The transaction comprised a US$341 million initial public offering for CleanMax, resulting in the company’s listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). The offering was managed by the above-mentioned book running lead managers. CleanMax is a provider of renewable energy to commercial and industrial customers, specialising in decarbonization solutions. The company supplies renewable power and offers energy services and carbon credit solutions, and provides engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) and operation and maintenance (O&M) services for solar, wind and hybrid renewable energy plants. Latham & Watkins represented the book running lead managers on the transaction with a team composed by: Singapore partner Rajiv Gupta; counsel Esha Goel; and associates Sirada Chayabunjonglerd and Jeffy Katio.
