Latham & Watkins Advises MARV on Further Investment in Holding Company of Brentford Football Club

Latham & Watkins advised MARV, the company of filmmaker Sir Matthew Vaughn, on an additional equity investment into Best Intentions Analytics Limited (BIA), the holding company of Brentford Football Club and Mérida AD. The transaction involved a further equity injection into BIA, reflecting continued backing of the multi-club ownership group associated with the Premier League club. Latham & Watkins previously advised MARV on its initial investment in Best Intentions Analytics in July 2025, when MARV first became a minority shareholder.
