Menno Keuper and Maurits van Dijk join CMS as counsel

As of 1 March 2026, Menno Keuper and Maurits van Dijk have joined CMS as counsel, strengthening the firm’s Litigation and Tax practice groups respectively. Menno Keuper joins CMS’s Litigation practice as counsel. He is an experienced litigation lawyer with more than ten years of experience in corporate and commercial litigation. Keuper litigates contractual disputes, post‑M&A disputes, attachment and enforcement matters, and corporate governance issues, including in preliminary relief proceedings and cases before the Enterprise Chamber. Maurits van Dijk joins CMS’s Tax practice group as counsel. He has extensive experience in international tax law and specialises in Dutch corporate income tax and dividend tax and the international and EU legal aspects thereof. Van Dijk advises investment funds and multinationals on international structures, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and real estate transactions, and corporate reorganisations.
