CMS Advises EuroEyes on Acquisition of FYEO

CMS advised EuroEyes International Eye Clinic Limited on the acquisition of all shares in FYEO Europe B.V. and its subsidiaries from private equity investor Committed Capital. The transaction concerns the purchase of 100% of the shares in FYEO Europe B.V. and its subsidiaries. FYEO is active in refractive surgery, providing laser eye surgery and lens implantation services. EuroEyes, founded in 1993 by ophthalmologist Dr Jørn S. Jørgensen, is a leading international specialist in refractive surgery with more than 30 years’ experience in laser eye and lens implantation treatments aimed at achieving sharp vision without glasses or contact lenses. With more than 30 clinics across Germany, Denmark, China, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, EuroEyes has established a strong global reputation for high-quality care, innovation and specialist expertise in refractive surgery. By joining the EuroEyes global platform, FYEO will combine its deep local presence in the Dutch market with EuroEyes’ internationally renowned ophthalmology offering.
