Aurélien Favier will join global law firm Clifford Chance as Counsel in its Luxembourg funds team on 1 March 2025. Favier brings almost 20 years of experience in fund structuring and legal support for alternative asset managers. He advises on the formation and restructuring of Luxembourg-based investment funds, with a focus on alternative asset classes and private equity. He joins Clifford Chance from Pictet Group, where he most recently served as Head of Fund Legal PE/RE. Favier has also held senior roles at DLA Piper, Société Générale Securities Services and Loyens & Loeff.
