BCLP Strengthens Corporate Transactions with Partner Hire Abbey Raish for Capital Markets and Sustainability

Abbey Raish has joined international law firm BCLP as a Partner in the firm’s Corporate Transactions Practice. She will focus on capital markets, securities and sustainability matters. Raish brings more than a decade of experience advising on complex transactional matters including initial public offerings, debt and equity offerings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, SPAC transactions and cross-border deals. She also counsels boards and management on corporate governance, disclosure obligations, regulatory compliance and stock exchange requirements, and has represented Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms, investment banks and financial institutions in capital markets and sustainability matters. Raish joins BCLP from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she served as a partner after joining that firm as a partner in 2020. She played a central role in building Kirkland’s standalone sustainability group. Earlier in her career she was a corporate associate at Latham & Watkins.
