Eubelius advised the shareholders of the Nova Reperta group on the successful exit of French private equity firm Ardian and on the entry of Tilleghem as a new financial partner. The transaction involved the exit of Ardian and the concurrent entry of Tilleghem as a financial partner in the Nova Reperta group. The operation was accompanied by the promotion of a new generation of partners to the shareholder base of Nova Reperta. These new shareholders, together with the existing partners and with the support of Tilleghem, will be positioned to realise Nova Reperta’s long-term vision and to further strengthen the group’s market position. Eubelius represented the shareholders of the Nova Reperta group with a team composed by: Felix Dobbelaere, Fréderic Van Campe and Marthe Janssens.
