Addleshaw Goddard advised Resi4Rent, Poland’s largest private rented sector (PRS) platform, on the acquisition of a plot of land for the Resi4Rent Gdańsk Stocznia project. The plot is located in the former shipyard area in central Gdańsk. The recently opened Resi4Rent Gdańsk Stocznia development comprises 569 subscription‑based rental units and includes ground‑floor retail and service units as well as shared communal spaces; this transaction is another in which Addleshaw Goddard has supported Resi4Rent on plot acquisitions and real estate projects across Poland.
