Krogerus Advises Juuri Partners and Other Sellers on Sale of Destaclean to Verdis Oy

"Krogerus advised Juuri Partners (Juuri Rahasto I Ky), company management and other individual shareholders on the sale of Destaclean Oy to Verdis Oy. Verdis acquired the entire share capital of Destaclean, including a 50% stake in Tehokierto Oy. Destaclean and Tehokierto provide waste and environmental management and materials recycling services to construction, retail and industrial customers along the Helsinki–Tampere corridor. The Krogerus deal team was led by Partner Jasmin Wardi, with Partner Mika Ståhlberg, Associates Tuuli Merikallio Heiskanen and Henna Olkkonen; Counsel Alina Böling advised on regulatory matters."

The transaction involved Verdis Oy’s acquisition of the entire share capital of Destaclean Oy, including 50 percent of the shares of Tehokierto Oy. Destaclean and Tehokierto provide comprehensive waste and environmental management services and materials recycling, with a construction, demolition and industrial waste reception network along the Helsinki–Tampere corridor and a customer-oriented full-service concept.
