Jordanes Acquires Full Ownership of Snack Properties AS

"Jordanes Properties AS has acquired 100% of Snack Properties AS, which (through subsidiaries) owns four industrial properties in Alvdal, Hønefoss, Namsos and Gothenburg; the production facilities are operated by Scandza, a Jordanes portfolio company. Jordanes previously held an indirect 34% stake via Snack Alternativt Investeringsfond AS. The deal closed on 25 February 2026. Law firm Wigge & Partners advised Jordanes (including local counsel on Swedish issues); the Wigge team included Patrik Brage, Agnes Dahlin, Kajsa Mareniusson, Amanda Back and Lisa Antman."
