"McCann FitzGerald LLP advised High Ridge Aviation Limited on its first managed fund’s $603.17 million fixed‑rate notes offering — an asset‑backed securitisation issued by Phantom 2026‑1 Aviation Limited and Phantom 2026‑1 Aviation LLC. The deal is secured by a 16‑aircraft portfolio with an initial appraised value of US$718 million (weighted average age 4.1 years), leased to nine lessees across nine countries.
