KLA strengthens corporate, M&A, private equity and venture capital practices with partner Francisco Mont’ Alverne

Francisco Mont’ Alverne has joined KLA as a partner, strengthening the firm's corporate law, M&A, private equity and venture capital practices. Mont’ Alverne is licensed to practice in Brazil and New York. His practice focuses primarily on representing artificial intelligence and technology companies at all stages of maturity, and on advising private equity and venture capital funds in cross-border M&A and venture capital transactions. He has over 15 years of experience and, in recent years, has practised in São Paulo and New York for Brazilian and foreign clients with a focus on technology investments. He holds a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law (2016).
