Charles Russell Speechlys Advises SkyPower Global on Sale of SkyPower Services MENA to Inox Clean Energy

"Charles Russell Speechlys advised SkyPower Global on the sale of SkyPower Services MENA to Inox Clean Energy (part of the INOXGFL Group). The deal creates an integrated renewable energy platform set to deploy more than 10 GW of solar infrastructure across Africa. SkyPower Services MENA, headquartered in Dubai, develops, finances, constructs and operates utility-scale solar projects."

Charles Russell Speechlys advised SkyPower Global on the sale of SkyPower Services MENA to Inox Clean Energy, part of the INOXGFL Group. The transaction creates an integrated renewable energy platform that is expected to deploy more than 10 gigawatts (GW) of solar infrastructure across Africa. Headquartered in Dubai, SkyPower Services MENA specialises in the development, financing, construction and operation of utility-scale solar projects.
