VISCHER advised FimmCyte in connection with its research collaboration and option-to-license agreement with Gedeon Richter; Wenger Vieli represented the Bulgarian Football Union in three appeals before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court; and Schellenberg Wittmer acted as Swiss legal counsel to Nemak on its acquisition of GF Casting Solutions’ automotive business from Georg Fischer. VISCHER advised FimmCyte, a Swiss biotech developing targeted immunotherapies for chronic fibro‑inflammatory diseases, in relation to a research collaboration and option‑to‑license agreement with Gedeon Richter, a Hungary‑headquartered pharmaceutical company specializing in women’s health. Schellenberg Wittmer served as Swiss legal counsel to Mexico‑based Nemak, a BMV‑listed provider of lightweighting solutions for the automotive industry, on its acquisition of GF Casting Solutions’ automotive business, which is headquartered in Switzerland and forms part of Georg Fischer, a SIX‑listed Swiss industrial company. VISCHER advised FimmCyte with a team composed by: Luzius Zumstein (Managing Associate, Life Science) and Christian Wyss (Partner, Life Science). Wenger Vieli represented the Bulgarian Football Union with a team composed by: Peter Hafner (Partner, Litigation) and Manuela Staudenmann (Associate, Litigation).
