Banca Valsabbina concluded a warehouse financing facility with Finafarm, a financial intermediary operating in the pharmaceutical sector, secured on portfolios of receivables arising from financial leases and mortgages due from pharmacies. The transaction is part of a financial partnership aimed at supporting the pharmaceutical distribution sector. The operation provides a 24-month revolving period and was structured through the issuance of variable funding notes, both senior and junior, for a total amount of approximately €90 million.
