Indutrade acquires CAT Ricambi and the legal advisors involved

De Berti Jacchia advised Indutrade AB; Bureau Plattner advised the sellers of CAT Ricambi; KPMG provided financial and tax advice to Indutrade; BP Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to CAT Ricambi; and Pipicella Zilibotti Capital, through Edoardo Zilibotti, contributed to the preliminary phase of the transaction. Indutrade AB, an international industrial and technology group listed on Nasdaq Stockholm and active through more than 220 companies across Europe, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of CAT Ricambi. CAT Ricambi, based in Modena, operates in the automotive aftermarket segment, distributing original spare parts and components for Italian, French, Japanese and Korean vehicle brands on the Italian market. The company reports approximately €30 million in annual revenues and employs 38 people. The transaction strengthens Indutrade’s presence in northern Italy and consolidates the group’s Industrial & Engineering cluster within the automotive sector.
