Advant Altana advised Guidant Measurement, supported by One Equity Partners, in the acquisition of Satam. The transaction concerns Guidant Measurement’s purchase of Satam, a European manufacturer of high-precision flow measurement and terminal automation systems. Founded in 1921, Satam designs and manufactures flow measurement and terminal automation systems and has an established presence across Europe, Africa and global energy markets. The acquisition brings together two trusted brands with specialist expertise in custody transfer and terminal automation.
