"Jeantet acted as lead counsel and French legal adviser to Sinia Renovables (a specialised subsidiary of Banco Sabadell) and Enersos Wind IV (SYDIS group) on a French-law project financing for the Parc Eolien des Bois Gallets in northern France. Banco Sabadell was advised on Spanish law by Perez Llorca. The financing benefits from an EU mandate to the European Investment Fund."

Jeantet acted as lead counsel and French legal adviser to Sinia Renovables, S.A.U., the specialised subsidiary of Banco Sabadell, and to Enersos Wind IV S.L.U., a company of the SYDIS group. Perez Llorca advised Banco Sabadell on Spanish law. The transaction concerns a project financing, governed by French law, granted for the benefit of the company Parc Eolien des Bois Gallets and relating to a wind power project located in northern France. Sinia Renovables is an investment company founded in 1998 and based in Barcelona, Spain, investing primarily in sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy projects, including wind farm inverters, small hydropower plants, industrial self-consumption, photovoltaic inverters and biomethane-related activities. SYDIS is an independent international power producer based in Albacete, Spain, developing projects across five sectors: wind, solar, hydro, storage and electric mobility. The financing falls within the framework of the mandate entrusted by the European Union to the European Investment Fund to support the creation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The transaction underscores the continued attractiveness of the French renewable energy market for European investors and reflects a growing trend toward structuring financing at a European level. Jeantet represented Sinia Renovables and Enersos Wind IV with a team composed by: Jean-François Adelle (Partner, Banking & Finance), assisted by Chuanyu Fan and Sara El Mouttaqi (associates/collaborators); Gabriel di Chiara and François-Xavier Simeoni (tax advisers); Adrien Fourmon and Ananova Lohmann (public energy law). Perez Llorca represented Banco Sabadell on matters of Spanish law.
