Hogan Lovells advised Hellio Solutions in its entry into exclusive negotiations with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale regarding the transfer of Hellio's French energy management activities. The transaction concerns Hellio's exclusive discussions with Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale for the sale of its French activities in the field of energy consumption control, decarbonisation and renewable energy production. Hellio is an independent French operator offering solutions for energy consumption management, decarbonisation and renewable energy production. With more than 20 years of experience, Hellio employs over 400 staff across 12 locations in France and reported revenue in excess of €200 million in 2025. The operation is intended to enable Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale to strengthen its integrated division dedicated to the ecological transition, allowing the mutual group to support its clients at every stage of their renovation and energy management projects.
